Enquiry & Initial Meeting

Receive client inquiry.

Site Survey

Evaluate the current Structure & Layout for design
Working on alternate ideas for design

Design Concept Development

Conduct site analysis and measurements.
Develop initial design concepts

3D Design Presentation and Revisions

Conceptual 3D Design: Based on the client's vision, mood boards, sketches, and initial design concepts. Focus on:
Space planning and layout optimization.
- Color schemes, materials, textures, and finishes.
- Furniture and fixture choices.(custom/ready made)
- Lighting and ambiance.
3D Visualization: Offer 3D renderings or virtual tours to help the client visualize the design. This gives them an opportunity to provide feedback before finalizing.
Finalize Design Details: Once the concept is approved, finalize design elements like furniture, fixtures, and material specifications. This includes deciding on things like flooring, wall finishes, and custom furniture design.
Finalize design concept and prepare detailed design development documents

Project Confirmation and Initiation

Team Allocation: A dedicated project team will be assigned, consisting of;
- Project Manager
- Site Engineer
- Technicians
Authority approvals: We will facilitate and obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities, taking into account the specific requirements for the project location, including, Authorities Involved are:

DM (Dubai Municipality)
DDA (Dubai Development Authority)
CONCORDIA
TRAKHEES
DCD (Dubai Civil Defense)
DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority)
DIFC (Dubai international Financial Centre)
DSO (Dubai Silicon Oasis)

Detailed Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings (electrical, lighting, etc.).
Material Selection: Provide a list of materials and finishes, and confirm with the client. This includes flooring, wall treatments, lighting, and cabinetry.

Client Approval: Ensure that the client is satisfied with all design aspects before moving to the next step. This may require a few iterations to meet their expectations

Construction & Execution

Site Preparation & Demolition: If necessary, clear the space and remove any old or unwanted structures before beginning work.
Execution of Construction Work: Oversee the construction work, ensuring it aligns with the design and quality standards. This may involve:
- Structural changes (partition walls, ceiling work, etc.)
- Electrical and plumbing installation
- Custom furniture fabrication
- Flooring, wall treatments, and painting
- Lighting and fixture installations
Quality Control: Regularly inspect the site to ensure that work is progressing as planned, and address issues promptly.

Completion

Client Walkthrough & Feedback
- Final Walkthrough: Once the project is complete, conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure all aspects of the design are implemented as per the plan.
- Address Adjustments: Making any final adjustments as per the client’s feedback.
- Client Approval: Once the client is satisfied, obtain their formal approval and sign-off.
Handover & Aftercare
- Handover the Space: Hand over the completed space, providing all necessary documentation, such as warranties, maintenance instructions for furniture, and appliance manuals.
- Aftercare Support: Offer post-completion support, including addressing any issues that arise, arranging maintenance, or providing additional services if needed.
- Completion certificate from relevant authorities
